Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils.
A kitchen starter pack will be provided containing: Tea towels, bin liners, J-Cloth, sponge and scourer, washing up liquid and kitchen cleaning products.

Window with rural views.
Four poster king size bed with bed linen provided.
Dressing table, wardrobe, bedside cabinets with lamps.
Iron, ironing board, airer and vacuum.

Electric shower, vanity wash basin and W.C.

All prices are inclusive of electricity and heating if required.
For bank holiday weekends minimum stay is 3 nights.
Flexible changeover. Arrival 3.00pm onwards, departure by 10.00am.
Non-returnable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure booking.
Full balance required 4 weeks before arrival date.
