Blakeney Point, within Blakeney National Nature Reserve, is a four-mile-long sand and shingle spit. Sand dunes have formed over hundreds of years on the shingle ridge and form a rare habitat for unusual plants, insects, birds and seals. Enjoy a ferry trip departing from Morston Quay to Blakeney Point where plenty of wildlife can be seen including many seals basking in the sun. Ferrys usually run daily over the summer months and some trips offer the chance to visit the Lifeboat House.
